Ningbo Jianrun Electromechanical Co., Ltd. is a holding subsidiary of Ningbo Shunli High-Voltage Switch echnology Co., Ltd. It specializes in the design, manufacturing and sales of indoor and outdoor vacuum circuit breakers (12kV, 24kV, 40.5kV, 72.5kV), gas tanks for ring main units (circuit breaker units) and complete sets of switchgear.
The company is located in Yuyao Industrial Park, Zhejiang Province, with extremely convenient transportation—it is a 15-minute drive from Yuyao North High-Speed Railway Station and a 1-hour drive from Ningbo Airport or Hangzhou Airport.
Currently, the company has more than 15,000 square meters of standard workshops, is equipped with multiple sets of precision mechanical processing equipment, and has built a precision heat treatment production line, a fully automatic APG (Automatic Pressure Gelation) production line, a clean workshop for gas tank assembly, production lines for indoor and outdoor circuit breakers, and production lines for complete sets of switchgear.
In terms of product verification and testing, the company owns professional insulation (partial discharge) test systems, integrated primary and secondary equipment test systems, gas leak detection systems, and high-low temperature & humidity equipment. These facilities allow the company to conduct partial discharge tests, lightning impulse tests, power frequency withstand voltage tests, mechanical characteristic tests, loop resistance tests, total inspection of secondary circuits, accuracy testing of sensors and five-in-one sensors, integrated testing of primary and secondary equipment, gas filling and leak detection, salt spray tests, ambient temperature tests, and temperature rise tests. Additionally, the company is equipped with equipment for material and accessory inspection, such as metallographic analysis equipment, physical and chemical analysis equipment, X-ray flaw detection equipment, magnetic particle inspection equipment, hardness testing equipment, and spring force testing equipment.
The company attaches great importance to R&D innovation and professional management, and has established a dedicated R&D and management team. It has long engaged in technical exchanges and cooperation with institutions including Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xi'an High Voltage Apparatus Research Institute, and China Electric Power Research Institute.
